We offer flux core arc welding for projects that require welds in tight spaces, such as specialized construction or process equipment. Flux core arc welding uses continuous-fed consumable electrodes with constant voltage, and is used for automated and semi-automated welding processes. It provides good, consistent welds and high welding speeds. In addition, it can be used in awkward and tight spaces, producing high quality welds for complex equipment. FCAW fabrication is used for low alloy steel, stainless steel and high nickel alloys.
