We offer twin carbon arc welding, or CAW-T fabrication, an automated welding process that uses two electrodes to create the arc. This method is growing in use due to the quality of the weld. Its use of constant voltage results in a consistent weld and the extreme heat used for in the process results in a good, strong bond. It is a high-speed, automated process.
Tech Fab’s welders are trained in this growing technology, and are skilled in using it. Our welders are AWS certified and all of our welding services meet the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Section VIII Division 1 and ABS standards. Our welders are constantly trained in the latest production methods and safety requirements.
