Materials Selection – Tech Fab offers a full range of metals for your project, including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, aluminum, titanium, custom and exotic alloys.
Complete Fabrication and Assembly Services – Our services include CNC plasma cutting, turning, bending, shearing, rolling and machining. We manufacture to the tightest of fabricated tolerances possible in order to meet your requirements and ensure the integrity of the platform. Our welders are all AWS certified, and our welders and welding processes meet ASME Section VIII Division 1 and/or ABS standards.
Finishing Services – We provide finishing services if required, both inhouse with our sister company G&C Coatings and through trusted partners. These include machining, painting, coating, grinding and polishing. Additional services are available.
Inspection and Quality Assurance – Tech Fab provides 100% dimensional inspections and can provide additional quality assurance testing if needed. We offer NDE, load test and pressure/hydro testing services.
