Tech Fab products bearing the ASME “U” stamp meet requirements published in the organization’s Boiler and Pressure Vessels Code. This code, which contains 12 subsections, provides detailed information on the construction, inspection and testing of qualified products. The ASME “U” stamp is recognized throughout the United States, Canada, and over 100 other countries worldwide. Established in 1880, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers has been offering this certification to member companies and their products since 1916.
